Canyon Sands HOA has engaged Millennium Community Management as our Association Management Company. Our On-Site Manager can be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. Access is restricted between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for completing paperwork, but On-Site Manager is available by email or phone.

The Canyon Sands HOA does not maintain an active listing of homes for sale or rent. Individuals interested in purchasing a home in Canyon Sands should consult a real estate agent. Current for sale listings are available on publicly available websites, including the MLS, Zillow and Redfin. Many homes that are available for monthly or seasonal rent can be found on VRBO or Airbnb. The HOA requires a minimum 29-day rental period.
